These beautiful tiny Italian glass seed beads are quite rare, as they were last produced about 1900. These beads were all cut by hand. They come in unique colors and many are made in the old-time greasy glass. They give your bead art detail you never dreamed of.

The size of needle and thread depends on the size of the hole & how many times you will need to pass your needle through the bead. Remember these beads were made by hand and no bead will be exactly the same in size or appearance. We suggest to use a size 15 or 16(smaller) needle & a size 0 or 00(smaller) nymo or a size 50 silk thread. See Beading Supplies! You will need to experiment but I promise you (from one who works with them regularly) it is all worth the trouble. They are exquisite & beautiful beads!

Sold in 3"hanks (some longer) 2 to 3 loops or loose in 3 gram bags (approx. 2000-2500 beads) Supply of some colors is very limited!
